"Crypto Assets" herein shall be deemed as type of assets which can only and exclusively be transmitted by
means of block-chain technology, including but not limited to digital coins and digital tokens and any other
type of digital mediums of exchange, such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, etc, to the full and absolute exempt
of the securities of any kind.
“On-ramp/off-ramp” transaction refers to the process of buying and selling of crypto assets.

Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You are responsible for ensuring that using our Services is legal in your jurisdiction.
If you are a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) or representing a PEP, you are not eligible to use our services.

Service Description
Xchanger.uk is a crypto asset exchange platform. Users can swap various crypto assets based on prevailing
rates.
Xchanger.uk is a simple on-ramp/ off-ramp platform where the user can simply convert his/her assets based on
our KYC/AML policies.
We do not guarantee the uptime of our Services or that the Services will be free from errors.

Registration and Account Security
Users need to register an account to use certain Services.
Keep your account details confidential. Any actions under your account will be your responsibility.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy
Users can only use the Website with registration and verification. In addition, Xchanger.uk employs an
automated system to monitor transactions.
By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to undergo the AML/KYC process, which Xchanger might enforce at its
discretion.
During the AML/KYC process, Xchanger might ask for extra documentation, including, but not restricted to, a
valid ID from your country or information about the source of your funds.
In specific scenarios, like verifying identity for AML/KYC purposes, we might halt your transaction until the
required investigation is complete.
While the review continues, Xchanger can move the held funds to cold storage for protection.
If you decline the AML/KYC process or fail to provide necessary documents, Xchanger retains the right to
decline your present and future transactions.
By agreeing to these Terms, you affirm that the details you share are truthful and you are responsible for
their accuracy and completeness.

As of August 2023, Xchanger collaborates with a KYC vendor named SumSub.

Transactions
Transaction rates fluctuate based on market conditions.
Once initiated, transactions cannot be reversed.
Users must ensure the details of their transactions, including destination wallet addresses, are correct,
otherwise Xchanger.uk is not liable for any mistakes.
We reserve the right perform Transaction monitoring using our KYT protocols on each and every fiat/crypt asset
transaction and act accordingly if it is considered against our AML policies.

Fees
On-ramp / off-ramp transactions may incur fees.
The Company reserves the right to change fee structures at any time. The fees are currently (but not limited
to) blockchain transaction fee as well as conversion fee. In Xchanger.uk, we try to notify you of all fees
correctly before the trade is initiated. If further fee/charge is needed, due to network congestion or other
unforeseen fees, we reserve the right to change the fee structure for the trade without prior notice.

Limitations & Compliance
The Company adheres to regulations set by the Financial Authority Unite (FAU) of the Czech Republic.
Users may be required to undergo identity verification processes based on/due to our KYC/AML protocols.
We may delay, suspend, or cancel any transaction if we suspect fraudulent activity or as required by law.

Risks
Crypto assets are volatile and can result in significant losses. Use our Services at your own risk.

Intellectual Property
All content on Xchanger.uk is the property of the Company or its licensors. Unauthorized use may violate
copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Termination
We reserve the right to close or suspend your account and access to our Services for violations of these terms
or to protect the integrity of our platform.

Limitation of Liability
Neither Xchanger.uk nor Stellar Skyline s.r.o shall be liable for any damages, including loss of profit, data,
or goodwill, arising out of the use of our Services.
Your use of our Website and Services is at your risk. We offer them "as is" without any explicit or implicit
guarantees.
Xchanger.uk provides no direct assurances and renounces all indirect ones for the website, services, or
external links.
Xchanger.uk cannot guarantee: (A) the website and services meeting your needs, (B) continuous, timely, safe,
error-free service, (C) accuracy of data, or (D) a virus-free website or content.

These terms are governed by Czech law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Czech courts.
